Beginners question - loops

Hello,
I'm new to this and I'm quite confused.
I need to make a flow to ease my daily commute to work and back home, but I have very little idea how to do that - I used automate before and while it seems really close to automagic, I can't grasp the concept of flow looping. Does it go back to trigger if all conditions fail?
How would you make this flow?
Check if connected to car BT -> check if car moving -> check if phone not in pocket (proximity?) -> check if it's morning/evening
a) morning -> check location (home) -> check if waze not running already -> start waze and navigate to work -> "some kind of end so it won't create loop"
b) afternoon/evening -> check location (work) -> check if waze not running already -> start waze and navigate to home -> "some kind of end so it won't create loop"
First half is pretty easy, but then I'm getting lost.
Could anyone help me? Thanks!
