I have been trying to figure out a way to have a flow once my Bluetooth is turned on if it has not connected to a device after a certain amount of time, to turn itself off.

So if my BT turns on and does not connect to a device for 3 minutes, it turns off. Please HELP!

You could use a trigger Bluetooth State: On then use action Sleep: 3m, check the connected devices with condition Bluetooth Device Connected: Any device and turn off BT again when false with action Set Bluetooth State: Off.
