Trigger when an app makes a noise?

Anyone know if there's a way to trigger a flow when a specific app makes a noise?

Use case is in a car when I'm, say, listening to Spotify but I want to trigger a flow when Google Maps or Waze announces a driving instruction...

Hi,

I'm not aware about a way to detect when a certain package plays a sound.
Maybe there's a way to detect when the audio focus is requested temporarily by an app (but not which app). I'll add a note to check if this is possible.
