Hi
On my device automagic premium is taking More time after reboot to start.What are the permissions and what settings are mandatory?
Note:My Device is Samsung Galaxy j2. Non rooted.

More time than what? Perhaps you just have a lot of other applications starting after booting of the phone as well.
I don't know why permissions would have to do with that, and what settings do you think are mandatory?

Hello!
That could possibly be Samsung specific.
Automagic also starts about 30 seconds later on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (Stock ROM, Android 8.0, not rooted) than on my other devices (*).

I have installed only four apps only. Automagic premium, minty free icons,power audio pro and touch task only.

So you don't have an internet browser or music player for example?
But as Bingwu stated, it could be Samsung related for a reason i know not which.
