Extract latitude and longitude from position

I'd like to extract the Latitude and longitude from the position variable Because I need to put in a string for making an api call:

http://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/ ... 9&lon=12.3

How can I do it?

There is example flow to put the lat long, simply change the url.
