I am using LineageOS 15.1 (Oreo) which has the wonderful System Profiles ability. The playstore has an app, Profile Shortcuts for LineageOS, that allow much easier access to specific profiles that were created in System Profiles than digging through the Settings menus. I can create shortcuts for Home, Car, Work, etc. From the Home screen, I can simply tap on a home screen icon to implement the profile. However, I cannot find a way to implement them from AutoMagic. Launch App, Launch Shortcut, and Start Activity do not seem to do what I want. (or I don’t understand how to do it.) Can anyone suggest a way to start a home screen shortcut from an AM flow?

No need for separate app. You can use action - Set Cyanogen/LineageOS profile. Just add new action, search "LineageOS".
