Isn't it possible to dynamically set the zoom level in Take Picture action?

No, that's currently not possible. You could create multiple actions with different zoom levels and then execute the action that fits.

Dynamically means using variable? How many different zoom level you need?

Current take picture only have drop down list choice. It probably takes many workaround to make it work as variable. As there are so many devices out there. There has to be some error catching if the option is not queried directly from the device (just like now).

It seems it is not the focus right now. As Martin is still busy dealing with the call/sms deadline (9 Jan 19). Meanwhile, you can use multiple expression + multiple Take picture with different zoom level for each. It is similar to my workaround here : viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7202
