What is the phone and android version?
Make sure the phone is not in airplane mode. Make sure location feature is on, at least on battery saving mode. Oreo above require location feature to be enabled, in order to turn on/off wifi using automation.

GPS is always activated!

I exported the widget, flows, etc., removed and reinstalled Automagic and then imported again.

now it works again ..
