Hi everyone I was wondering how to give a full root functionality to AM via ADB, please help.

If your phone is not rooted yet, you can't. If you already have, to grant root is simply to go to you root management app (usually magisk or SuperSU) and make sure it has granted/allowed Automagic for the root function. Then open Automagic, enable the root function and it will prompt for the root tools installation.
Adb only can grant several non root permission, such as write secure setting, set up device owner, dump permission (next version).
