If I type automagic into a browser URL it no longer takes me to the help section where I can look at the commands for triggers, actions, Etc. What is the correct URL to use to get to that web page?

Which one do you mean? You can always find the help in the Automagic main website : https://automagic4android.com/base_concepts_en.html
But Martin just changed the way it displays the help, since it is too big and slow for some other.
After 1.38 released (most likely a week or two after Android 10 release), the help section will be updated again to include old help style, where it shows all in one page.
And another to show everything, the most comprephensive documentation of all elements in Automagic.
