Ui event paths query

How can i query path and file modified by particular app i am monitoring from ui events? I can get all necessary details relative to the app but not paths that were modified.

UI event doesn't tell anything about the file path. I am looking for that too actually. I am creating flow to monitor any temporary or small files created by some unknown apps. So far no success yet. Since File observer can be working, but the app modifying it can be running background not foreground.
