Good morning again.

I am trying to build a flow to ask the user to call again a busy number after, say, 5 minutes.

I'm using call, off-hook, as a trigger, but it ask me to call even if the call was answered.

I am attaching the flow.

Any idea?

You could check the duration of the last outgoing call by using the action INIT VARIABLES CALL LOG

I let you test it because it's Sunday and I don't want to annoy my contacts!

Thank yout, I guess that's a good workaround. But isn't there a way to just spot busy calls? Thank you.
