What browser do you use? Chrome make announcement to the UI when going to full screen. You can catch this using trigger UI Event - Announcement. However the pattern change a lot depends on the video. You can try to open the trigger UI Event. Switch to the browser you use, open full screen video and close it again. Back to Automagic and tap Recent Events to check whether there are something you can use as the trigger.

For an announcement, would you mind explaining how i'd view an announcement by an app? I can't seem to find the option for trigger UI Event in "select an action"

UI Event is a trigger, not action. You have to tap at the trigger element (rounded rectangle). There you can find Recent Events.
