Many times i have speech output stucks. I try all your solutions but nothing happens. Before 2,3 days i uncheck the embedded option of synthesis type and i never have problem again.

Restart the device to see if this helps. Maybe try to see if disabling battery optimization of Google Text to Speech helps.
Installing another text to speech engine might also help if the problem persists.

Martin i never have problem with speech output from the time i uncheck embedded choice. That is the solution. I don't know why.

Unchecked embeded means it can use network TTS when available. So the problem most likely with your local/offline speech engine. Try to exclude it from Battery optimization. I have excluded mine and almost never got problem with daily usage.

No my friend. If both is unchecked (embedded and network) it work offline always. And Google tts engine is a system app in my phone and doesn't have the option of battery optimization.
I can't find. The problem with speech output appears after a new version of Automagic before 1-2 years.

Hmm, my previous test (long time ago), will get random result if both unchecked. Embedded checked, will result always offline. I use Vocazilzer2Ex TTS engine, not Google TTS. If the problem occur again, try to spot the pattern at that time. Maybe it is the internet, some random memory leak (which cause everything to reload), or any other visible indication.
