backup on google drive help

hi all, trying to create a timed backup flow with the gdrive upload action.
I need to copy at a specific time a set of files on gdrive and that's done, but I need that will be copied only the newest or changed files so can it avoid to upload everytime all files but only the newest or changed files, how can I do? thanks.
when I change my phone this will be the most missed app, sincerely I dont know how to deal without am, all other similar apps are crap or confusing
