Hi, how to send message with whatsapp vs that number when incoming a call ?

Automagic can not send whatsapp messages and probably never will since whatsapp has not published an official API to send messages by other apps.
You could try to use action Control UI to open whatsapp and to paste some text and send a message this way. It's probably hard or even impossible to get this working reliably.
