I would like to have a speech output action set up that simply speaks the time in 12-hour format, including saying "AM" or "PM," as appropriate. For example, it would say:

"twelve seventeen PM"
...for 12:17 PM

Or...

"seven-oh-four AM"
...for 7:04 AM.

(How) Is this possible?
