is it possible to use my Automagic Premium without the Gapps/PlayStore?

Hi,

That's not officially supported. Google Play is required to purchase/download/install the app.
Most features of Automagic would also work without Google Play but Google Play services are required for some features so you could not use some triggers/conditions and actions. Also testing only takes place on devices with Google Play so you might run into issues.
