If this is reproducible on your device, could you please enable Debug log in the preferences of Automagic and send the log to me when this happens the next time (menu->Manage->Log, Menu->Send Log, send to info@automagic4android.com).

it seems it WAS the voice mode. I switched most of my voice actions to sound instead. Now a sound says "welcome back" when i get home, and plays only once.

Hi, this is now happening to me too.
I made a single complex flow to unlock the phone when connected to some pre-defined hotspots.
It obviously locks it when disconnected.
It has been working for over a year now, and it does the job quite well.
However, I noticed from a couple of updates ago, the trigger "wifi connected" has been triggering itself every 1-2 minutes and I only realised it because I add two different sounds depending on the path (connected or disconnected).
to try to isolate the problem I now divided the flow in two, one for disconnection and another for connection.
I'm not sure why the "wifi connected" flow keeps being triggered all the time even though my wifi seems just to be permanently connected all the time.

In the log all I can see is the trigger time but nothing else telling me really why/what happened.

I could turn off the sound, but my fear is that if the phone is asleep (with wifi on, yes CPU spy says it can sleep whilst wifi is on) it would be woken up every time automagic runs and this would waste a bit of my battery life.

Please help us identifying why automagic thinks the wifi is reconnecting so often, or if this is a problem from the OS, where the wifi keeps connecting/disconnecting for a millisecond every now end then.

Regards

D.

Hi,

Could you please enable Debug log and Log to SD card, wait until the problem happened again and then send the log to me (menu->Manage->Log, Menu->Send Log, send to info@automagic4android.com).
Please also include the flows when Automagic asks about attaching the flows so I can try to reproduce the problem with the same settings.

What device model and Android version are you using? Is some kind of power saver feature enabled on the phone?

Regards,
Martin
