how can I make an action to change the frequency from automatic to 5Ghz?
I don't want to do it with UI control.

Hi,
Android does not provide functions to switch this setting from third party apps. An unofficial function most likely requires root. What device model/Android version are you using?
(Action Set System Setting: Global wifi_frequency_band to 0/1/2 most likely won't work or requires a device reboot to let the system pick up the new value.)
Maybe plugin Secure Settings provides a way to switch the frequency.
