Alarm enable / disable

Post by TraianC » 11 Feb 2016 04:08

Is there any way to enable / disable one of the alarms set in the alarm clock?

I haven't found such option, but I have another soultion.

Everyday at 0:01 Automagic checks my calendar for next 10 hours. If it will find event "work 1" then it creates alarm on 6:20, if it will find event "work 2" then alarm is created at 7:45. If no events are found then alarm is not being created.
As alarm clock I am using Caynax Alarm Clock Pro, because in this app it is possible to set default settings for all alarms and there is also an option to delete 1-time alarm when it is done.

I'm looking for something else. I want to enable / disable the alarms defined in the alarm clock. I don't want to create new alarms.

No, there's no such possibility as far as I know. I assume that Google does not provide an API for this for security reasons.
You could try to use Control UI to disable an alarm but it's probably quite difficult to get this working in general.

kamil_w, this is something I would very interested in doing and I am very interested in seeing how you've done this. Would you be so kind as to post your flow?

Thank you very much.

As you can see the flow is not complicated.

The most time I spent to find an alarm application that delete done alarms by itself.

Thanks for posting the picture - yes, I see that it's a simple flow. What I was most interested in was how you set up the condition - that's why I was hoping you could post your flow.

Thanks anyway.

Hi Martin,

Thanks for your answer.
I use Control UI for different tasks. The screen needs to be on and unloked. I need to enable/disable alarms with phone loked. Maybe there is a clock application that has a plugin for this. If anyone knows...

Maybe this is working. But I haven't tested it yet.
