Create Icon On Home Screen?

Hi guys

Is there a was to create an icon on my home screen that when clicked will execute a flow?

Or is it only tasker that can do that.

Yes - you need to create a Custom Widget, and you can then assign an action when it is clicked - and that action can be to execute a flow.

You could also use trigger Shortcut in your flow and then just create the shortcut to the home screen as usual.

How do you "just create the shortcut to the home screen as usual"?....lol

The exact procedure changes a little depending on the laucher you're using but mostly it is as follows: long press empty space on your home screen -> you should get options to add widget or shortcut -> select AM Shortcut -> from there, select the flow you want to run. The dropdown list shows only flows which has Shortcut trigger and the name is the name you defined when editing the trigger.
