There's the AutoInput plugin for that.

Actually, since AutoInput requires 2 "apps" to be installed (the AutoInput plugin itself + the AutoApps companion app just for it to recognise you've bought it; and you have to enable another accessibility service), I'm all in favour of integrating the features into Automagic. Especially the button/key triggers.

+1 for this, It has been asked many times and there are apps like Autoinput or Button Remapper that use accessibility services to remap/catch button press.
