Problem in Forum

Hi Martin,
I am facing some problem in Forum.
After clicking 2 or 3 links, the forum becomes unresponsive and no link works and the forum becomes unavailable.

And some problem with app also.
Message is displayed that Automagic has stopped working and if I have to wait or close or report.
And also the app hangs very much when opened.

Are these all problems with my device or anyone else also facing some problems like these??

Hi,

The forum and the app work fine for me on a few different devices. It sounds like a device problem. Please try to restart the device once.
Are you using an official ROM or a custom one? Any special tools like Xposed or any other root app installed? Please also try to disable all accessibility services to see if this helps.

I am not using any special root app.
Done everything but no success.
It's still hanging.
Facing this problem since few day ago only.

You could also try to use the forum with a regular browser like Chrome instead of the built-in browser. Maybe you've got an update of 'Android System WebView' that does not work properly on your device.
Does using Chrome work better?

But what about app?
Why does it hangs when opened and why does shortcut triggers hangs when triggered?

The forum opened within Automagic could have side effects to the rest of the app since it's part of the app when opened this way.
When Automagic hangs, is there a way to report the problem to Google Play? If yes, please submit the report, maybe I can see where the problem originates.
Did you enable any kind of options in developer settings? Can you remember if there was a change on your device when this problem started to happen?

Sure, I will report to google play.

No developer options are enabled.

I didn't remember any changes made to device when this problem started to occur.

Not sure if I'm looking at the correct report. Are you using a Galaxy Note 3? If yes, try to update to the latest version of Automagic in Google Play. Maybe this problem was fixed in version 1.30. Also check if there is enough free space on the device (internal memory). It seems like writing the image of a widget takes a very long time which could be caused when the device has a problem with the internal memory.

I am using ASUS ZenFone 5.
I have more than 2 gb free on my internal memory everytime.
And I am using the latest version of automagic.
