AM didn't start when reboot

Post by natong » 14 Sep 2016 14:49

I have one phone that AM could't start when reboot even though I enabled in the preferences.
I have to launch AM manually.
Is there a way to check where is the list of startup app in android 4.4.2?

The system should inform interested apps with a regular event when the phone completed the booting process. There's usually no system setting to control this but I'm not sure if there are ROMs out there that allow to control this in the settings somehow. Maybe the ROM also uses some kind of battery optimization setting that controls this feature. Also wait a few minutes after booting. Some ROMs used to have quite a long delay to start apps.

You can also enable Debug Log and Log to SD card in the preferences of Automagic, reboot the phone, wait a few minutes and then send the log to me (menu->Manage->Log, menu->Send log) so I can check if there's anything in the log that would explain this issue.

Martin
