Container Usage Not Logged?

I got this widget that has one of its actions to show a notification in the statusbar, which in turn has two actions that executes two different flows. These two flow executions are not used anywhere else. I noticed that these two flow executions are also logged as NOT USED, which could be a problem if I was to do a Manage>Maintenance clean-up and forgot that these two ARE in fact in use and deleted them.
