Access System Settings Permission

The action "Set System Setting" requires permission to access system setting. I now don't need the action anymore, but I cannot find a way to deactivate the permission. Is there a way?

Never mind; I think I found it. Samsung's setting menu calls it something else in a separate submenu. It's in the Settings > Applications > Application Manager, click More, then select Change System Settings.
