K9 Mail - manually check email from flow

Hi,

To save battery, I want to leave the data network turned off most of the time.

I'd like to turn it on for a few minutes each hour (I found a flow that already does this), then have K9 mail do an email check during those few minutes.

I know I can set K9 mail to check every 1 minute but that doesn't seem efficient. What would be better would be to trigger a manual receive.

Any suggestions?

How do you make the K9 mail check per minute. It seems to be efficient enough, since the check is only done during that few minutes window. (you have turned off the check after you turn off mobile data).

If trigger manual receive, there is Trigger K9 Mail received.
