Time triggers and periodic timer inexact are not working properly on my device Samsung Galaxy j2. What can I do to execute flows on specific time. Please explain.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Time trigger
The "inexact" means that it's essentially using less energy by going along with the system's snoozing events.
When your phone's display is off and your doing nothing, it goes to sleep. But every now and then, not sure what the time intervals are on which phone (or if that even matters), it wake up.
That will be the moment that an inexact periodic timer will go off if that moment has passed by.
The time trigger perhaps has the wrong day set to it. Or maybe you're confusing AM with PM or something.
For instance: 19:00 instead of 7:00.
Your Android OS may optimize Automagic and therefor letting it sleep along with the rest of the other apps.
If so: Settings --> battery --> 3-dot-menu --> Battery optimization --> scroll to "Automagic", then click and choose "Don't Optimize".

Re: Time trigger
Try to tick Allow in idle and like alarm clock. It seems samsung has something to do with the datetime related trigger. Other S9 user also face the similar problem : viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7458
