Sometimes click pattern was unexpectedly clicks on other options. Which can I use click pattern for best performance.

I can't see what you are trying to click. But it seems the option has similar label in the same windows. You have to pick other UI element that can be distinguished from the other. Sometimes it is not possible, so you have to use the click(x,y) as the last resort.
