Widgets as notifications

Would it be possible to nest widgets inside notifications?

I would personally say 'No' by definition.
Any notification with a different color or buildup will be given through Android itself as being that notification.
Widgets and notifications are 2 separate things by the operating system.

It is possible to have widget in notification. Some app can put them there. Music player, some downloader maybe, some task killer/battery saver have them there. AFAIR, Autonotification is capable of creating notification tile. I haven't found it yet in Automagic.

I usually just use the widget as overlay. But putting in notification can be useful too, so the widget doesn't obstruct the view all the time, only when we want to see it (when we pull the notification down). It can be used to as remote control or some extra access without permanently overlay the widget as floating widget. So +1 for this feature.

So widgets inside notifications exist? I'm lost for words. Never seen that.
