If it's red, then it's active. Maybe it's a sleep action that the flow instance is hanging on.
What exactly doesn't work anymore? Can't you get inside the flow, or can't you stop it anymore?
Can you maybe make a screenshot if you can get inside?

Suddenly this action is beeing red and doesn't work anymore and I can't stop the flow. I had tried the programm the the speech stops when the call was accepted but that doesn't work so I deleted it. But now the flow doesnt work anymore!

Perhaps there was an update release today which caused that my flow doesn't run anymore?

Perhaps it's stuck at downloading a dictionary, or the action has been set to get its voice from the network while that particular server is down (or something).
If all else fails and you can't stop the flow anymore, you can always stop the Automagic service, and start it again (side menu ---> Stop Service)
Also, try to see to which 'flow execution policy' your flow runs with (Inside flow ---> 3 dot menu ---> options ---> upper 4 multiple-choice section).
Maybe this action is stuck because multiple flow instances tried to access it at once.

After stopping service, as you told me, and starting it again, the flow works normally, as before! Very simple, but you have to know how! Sorry I'm new to this app! Thank you very much for your help!!!!

I keep forgetting to tell about this bug. Once in a while, I have the same as yours. It always happens to the Speech Output or Input Speech.
I suspect it is related to speech engine/voice recognition along with the network. Although I have used offline recognition and offline speech engine, it still occur. But I can't reproduce the problem exactly. Stopping automagic service and start it again always fix the problem and don't occur again until next time. I have hard time to catch the log, so difficult to report the exact problem.
The flow have no duplicate instance, already using FEP Skip. And it occurs rarely, but during heavy flow designing weekend I can experienced it twice.
