Cell ID list and Lac list are lost on each reboot

Every time I startup my phone the Lac and Cid list are empty. The information I'd wiped on each shutdown/startup.

Can you fix this bug?

What CID/LAC list do you mean?
The collected cell list populated with start/stop is only meant to be used temporarily to collect the cells for a few minutes or an hour and then fill the cells you are interested in into the text fields labelled "Location Area Code (LAC) List" and "Cell ID (CID) List". Are you loosing the values in these text fields on a reboot?

That makes sense. That's kind of what I thought just to get the initial values. These values are still populated in the text fields after reboot.
