notification peekable with new version 1.37

I upgrade to 1.37 today and find most of my notifications become peekable and overlay the display by default without swiping. When I right swipe to remove it, automagic display a notification at the bottom of screen saying the peekable expires in 1 min.
It's quite getting into the way and I don't see either automagic notification setting and notifications action in flow are set as peekable.
Is there anyone see the same thing as I see?

I still haven't fully understand the notification channel. But the peekable is cause by make sound and pop up in the notification channel setting. Or when you use priority maximum, it will also appear as peekable. (if the flow created before notification channel)

Thx. Changing Behavior in channel setting to display silently did the trick. Typing new name in that channel field will create new channel, sort like authorization role.
