Trigger flow when phone screen is turned on or upon logging into phone

Thank you for your help. Is there a way to setup a flow so that an action is taken whenever the phone screen is turned on or upon logging to the phone, ideally the former since the lockscreen does not always show until a certain amount of time has past with the screen off? Appreciate any thoughts you may have.

Use user present trigger.
