Yes I know. I have a flow that's working on my Pixel 2, but not on friend's Samsung. Hence wondering if Samsung have a ROM it doesn't work for...

I don't have samsung device to test it out. But make sure you have granted all necessary permission, such as notification access and maybe accesibility too.
