No notification on status bar effect.

For some reason I cannot get the notification on statuusbar to trigger.

Is the accessibility service enabled? Does turning off the service and on again help?

Accessibility was still on but I had installed another app since that also had it on. I had to turn that off and AM resumed working.

I then turned the other back on amd now they both work.
