keep screen on

keep screen on
I think a KEEP_SCREEN_ON action beside "Stop Keep Scrren On action" will be usefull
Re: keep screen on
How about using Screen-timout ? - It's almost the same
Re: keep screen on
Yes, but in my LG P790, the screen-timeout settings is stored only
after touching the screen; so if I want to use a trigger to detect
orientation (face-up ~ not face-up) and change screen-timeout, will
not working if the screen is not touched.
By the way, I noticed that action "Set Screen Timeout > Never" is not
working (screen-timeout is changed to 30 sec' instead of never).
It's only me? How about you?
Thanks

Re: keep screen on
Setting the screen timeout to never should work on more devices starting with the next update.
On some devices it helps to reset the user activity timer after the screen timeout has been set. Add an action Turn Screen On after you modified the timeout and see if this helps on your device.

Re: keep screen on
Yes, but if I use action Turn Screen On, sometime the screen is turned on after I press the power button
(the flow start > power button > flow ends with Turn Screen On action)
I solved it somehow with Notification on Screen to reset the user activity timer, instead of Turn Screen On
(is slightly annoying... but is working)

Re: keep screen on
Maybe you could add an option to display a "dummy" notification (without notification), if is possible
