Please add a trigger that only checks repeatedly in a defined time range.
I know, that I can use a time range condition, but I have to select "keep device awake", which is no good for energy.
At the moment I have to disable this flow outside the time range, maybe you can combine this internally...
My goal: update certain apps periodically between 8 and 18 o'clock.

You could use a Global Date/Time trigger and update the variable in the flow to the next time. Cumbersome but it would work.

I find that there is much to complicated with the Global Date/Time variable and I think that a simple trigger with the "Time Interval" would make the whole much easier and efficient.
