Does anyone know how to change the ringer mode to vibrate using Automagic? I tried the Set Ringer Mode but that doesn't seem to work.

What sound/notif do you want to supress? Starting from MM 6.0 above, you have to combine Set ringer mode and Set Interruptions Mode to Priority or Don't Interrupt (Do Not Disturb). Set ringer mode suppress the call, while DND supress everything.

I just wanted to change the ringer mode to vibrate when I arrive at work. I have a profile for this but can't get the mode to change to vibrate.

What you mean is the vibrate profile at your ROM. It is different and not controlled by the action Set Ringer Mode. The setting maybe can be changed from the set system setting value. Try to use my secure logger flow to detect if the profile change triggered a value change in the system setting. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7931
