Storing actions as vars

Apart from the audio values store/restore is it possible to store other action valueas to vars such as screen brightness, screen timeout, etc?

Yes. Look at the set system setting. But remember that dealing with system setting value directly carry its own risk. So you have to be careful and not randomly messing with the value. Look at my secure setting logger flow : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7931
