Notification detector is not running

Hi, after update to last version of program, when I go to the settings - permissions access to notifications is disabled when I click on it I see that automagic is enabled and I must disable automatic then enable again and then access to notifications are enabled, after some time it disabled again, tryed to disable and enable from android settings after some time access to notifications in automagic settings are disabled again
