Change SMS Notification Sound?

Running Android 4.2.2. Is it possible to create an Automagic shortcut that changes my SMS notification sound?

Even better, what about a shortcut that toggles it between two different notification sounds each time it is pressed?

I didn't see anything in the list of actions, other than changing the phone call ringtone.
