how can i reboot Or power off the phone by actions?

Great you have many choice. First you must activate the root functions in the setting menu of automagic.
After you can make a flow with the action reboot or shutdown. You could add a shortcut to your flow to start the action.

You can also use the action execute root command and use the reboot command or reboot -p to shutdown see the help (?). If you need help to make a flow and shortcut just tell me.

how can i learn this root command?
can we use them foe enable gps without question (agree or not)?

Shure, you can use the the action "set GPS state" on or off. I use this to enable the GPS when i use some application and to disable the GPS when the app close. I can send you the flows if you want.

I use gps state,but it dont work anythin

I don't think it will help you. The flow is simple. You must put the app you want in the trigger.
