How can I turn off screen without lock it with an action?

You can't do it in Android. You can't do it with Automagic.
However there's an unofficial(not supported by Android) way around to do it with automatic. First use set keyguard state and set lock pattern state actions to disable both and then lock device action.
As it is unsupported feature in android, it may or may not work with your phone. If it doesn't work, then there's no way to do what you requested.

Hi,
It is possible to turn of the sceeen using a small app (this does not have to be visible).
On Google Playstore I found two candidates: Screen Off (by Icillin) and One Click - Screen Lock (by Hei's Media).
The first is only 21 k but needs to have administrative (no root) rights (settings-security-device control). The second I have to test yet.
(Mind: on my phone most apps that use administrative rights mess up the SMS system so that I get the same SMS more than once! For some reason the SMS-RECIEVE-REPORT is not sent so the SMS Server doesn't know ih has been recieved and tries to deliver it again and again!)
Use Launch App to run the App. Simple. It works for me.

Action Lock Device turns the screen off on most devices.

To my knowledge it is not possible to turn the screen off without locking the device.
