Change shortcut icon w flow comand

Hi,
I use a single flow triggered by an Automagic shortcut to toggle Bluetooth on/off, connect to a BT receiver and play music.
Is it possible to represent the current toggle state by changing shortcuts' icon with a flow command? I 'm too lazy to design a full widget for
Actually I use this preset offered Automagic 'Sound on' yellow on blue icon. I want to change it to the corresponding 'Off' icon and way back.

Hi,

To my knowledge it is not possible to update the icon of a regular shortcut.
Creating a widget is probably the only solution. Alternatively you could also use a toggle widget to change a global variable.
