How to make a flow that changes the ringtone, when caller is a person, who is not on my contact list ?

I suggest you these flows (2) to change the ringtone for the number in your contact list. You must add all the number in the trigger "incoming call" and select the sound you want in the action "sound" (in the flow name 'start ring'). You can also copy the flow "start ring" and chose another sound for other contact.
