I have a couple of location based flows which automate for example the ringer setting or volume settings of my phone while i am at work etc.
Currently i have a flow which when i am at work sets a specific ringer volume level. Sometimes there are occastions i.e.: meeting where i would like to set the phone to vibrate only or completely silent however since the flow has a periodic check enabled to see if i am still at work it allways reverts my phone settings to the defined ringer volume set in the flow.
Therefore what would be really nice feature if there could be maybe an option to have sort of quick toggles for certain flows available in the notification bar where you could enable/disable certain flows. The app anyways has an ongoing notification maybe this could be somehow extended in terms of functionality?
Flow on/off Quick Toggle in Notification Bar?

You can do that already in automagic. This works as toggle, so when you click it, the defined flow will either enable or disable itself depending on which state it was before.

Re: Flow on/off Quick Toggle in Notification Bar?
Thanks for the tip. This is almost what i wanted. Now if i could only disable the icon for the ongoing toggle notification that would be even better.
Also ideally it would be cool if you could have one active notification (like the one that is showing that Automagic is running) which you could extend via a pull down and maybe set flow states there from a list maybe. I know i know this is a bit too much to ask maybe but that would be the most ideal because i would not need to have x number of ongoing notifications to be able to toggle them

Hmmm i didn't know that you could create widget toggles for flows. I thought the most you can do is shortcuts but also only within strong limitations. While a widget toggle would not be ideal either it could be a next best thing solution i guess. So how does one create a widget toggle for a certain flow then?

Re: Flow on/off Quick Toggle in Notification Bar?
Meanwhile i have found out how to create custom widgets (never knew as i never checked for this function) but what is even better that i realized that i can envoke the same functionality via the shortcut function and combined that with the Notification Toggle app which lets me add apps and shortcuts to the Notification Bar and BINGO exactly what i wanted
Martin i can't stress enough how much i love the huge customization possibilities you have built into this app as so far there has been no scenario which i could not solve (even if with some help). I truly believe that your app has surpassed Tasker by leaps and bounds (at least for me) in terms of functionallity and setup ease.
Thanks for your hard work and keep it up!

Hi, I'm glad you found what you need. I made a widget to show you an exemple but it was harder then I think and I'm not very good to design widget... I publish you my exemple anyway.

I have the same setup with the Notification Toggles app. What is really cool is that if you are using the Start Activity action in your Shortcut, you can specify a Floating Window flag that will open the app in a Floating pop up just like Halo ROMs. Pretty awesome. That is why I love Automagic and prefer it over Tasker.
