Starting with Android 4.4 Google made some changes to the rules to access the SMS database which makes it impossible for an app to modify the SMS database except when the app is set as the default SMS app.
It's unlikely that I will add this feature since it could only be used on old Android version and stops working on 4.4.
Perhaps you can find an app in Google Play which can delete SMS and can be controlled/started using Automagic.

To create a module to block spam sms is the first reason that i downloaded automagic at the beginning. I tried almost every sms app at google play but not any of them satisfy my demands completely.
So its important for me to delete sms that i wanted. Also fyi one of compatitor of automagic called MacroDroid can delete sms. But i prefer to use automagic.
Best regards...

On older Android version you could try to use a trigger SMS Received with option Prevent other apps from receiving the SMS. Note that this option does not work on Android 4.4 anymore and it does not work when an SMS app is used that defines itself to receive the SMS with a higher priority than Automagic (Go SMS Pro etc.).
You could also launch a MacroDroid macro to delete SMS with an action Launch Shortcut from Automagic.

I still don't understand Googles motives why they broke the SMS behaviour (and thus many apps) so badly with KitKat

Could there be way around this with a rooted phone?
