Separate triggers

Post by Nerey » 12 Mar 2014 15:22

I tried to find something similar, but failed

Now we have only one behavior if more than one trigger needed: there is no matter which triggered, a thread starts always at same links.
I requesting feature to separate triggers in one flow
Maybe it will be looks like more than one trigger block
Maybe Automagic will ask what kind of link I want to establish

I'm sorry if skipped

This is being discussed constantly. It's not going to happen.

There are many similar triggers and conditions so pairing those together will get you far in what you're requesting.

But it requires more checks and conditions
Why you combining all the triggers and forces us to split it?

I'm not exactly sure of your question in your last postbbut I hope this answers it: http://automagic4android.com/forum/view ... iple#p5486

There were somewhere a better answer though, but I couldn't find it.

Perhaps the explanation is not clear
I don't want to combine triggers
I want to split threads in one flow
It maybe helpful when creating complex flows and when don't want to create many flows
Something like this:

(combined first screenshots that I found)

UPD: For example, if you want different reaction when touching different shortcuts, you should use different flows and no other way

You can build two or more flows and group them together. That's basically same thing.

Yes, but it causes more dirt in flows (flow to on, flow to off, flow to do something else...) and what if I want to add links between flows (in cause of complex scripts)?
